1. Agreement
These terms apply to whendoesgta6comeout.com (the “Site”), run by TENSO LLC. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Unofficial fan site
The Site is independent and fan-made. “Grand Theft Auto”, “GTA” and related names and marks belong to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and Rockstar Games. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by either of them.
3. Information only; no guarantee it is right
Everything here is general information. Dates, unlock times, prices and other details come from public sources and can change without notice. We label each claim as Confirmed, Reported or Unconfirmed; unconfirmed figures are our estimates (see how we source information). We do not promise that anything is accurate, complete or current, and you are responsible for decisions you make based on it. Check the official store or Rockstar before you rely on a date, time or price.
4. What you may do
You may read, share and link to the Site, quote short passages with a link back, and embed our countdown using the code on the widget page. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the Site, or scrape it at scale, without our written permission.
5. What you may not do
Do not try to break into the Site or its systems, upload malware, overload it with automated requests, submit fake leaderboard scores, or use a leaderboard nickname that is abusive, impersonates someone or infringes their rights. We may remove nicknames and scores that break these rules.
6. Links and affiliate disclosure
The Site links to other websites, including game stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices or availability. Some store links may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled.
7. Our content
The Site’s text, design, artwork, countdown and game are ours or used under licence. Third-party trademarks and any media we reference stay the property of their owners and are mentioned only to identify the game and report on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including relying on a release date, price or unlock time shown here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the Site after that means you accept the new terms.
