Two ways it could go
One global moment
Every store unlocks at the same instant. Players in Asia and Oceania get it during the day on November 19; players on the US West Coast get it at 9 PM on November 18.
Local midnight
Each region unlocks at its own midnight. New Zealand plays first and the US West Coast last, almost a full day later. Digital stores have used both models for big launches.
We will update this table as soon as Rockstar, PlayStation or Xbox publishes an official time.
